How Our Electronic Van Door Lock Works
The lock unit is installed internally within the vehicle door, creating a hidden layer of protection that is not visible from the outside. The hardened steel locking mechanism secures the door from inside the vehicle structure, making forced access significantly more difficult compared to traditional external security locks.
Where configured, the van door lock engages automatically and operates electronically — via remote, key fob or the vehicle's own system — so there is no keyhole or visible bolt for a thief to target. Unlike a conventional van deadlock, an internal electronic van lock keeps the security point out of sight while providing keyless, automatic van door locking for commercial use.
